The Website offers a facility for Israeli technology businesses (“Tech Businesses“) to share details of any service or employment requirements they may currently have with businesses or individuals (“Specialists“) who may have the relevant specialist skills to fulfil such requirements.

 

We do not undertake any checking of the information provided by either Tech Businesses or Specialists and merely offer a facility for Tech Businesses to indicate their service or employment requirements to Specialists who access the Website with a view to Tech Businesses and Specialists subsequently engaging directly with each other.

 

3 REGISTRATION
 
3.1 Supply of Registration Data
 

You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data“) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of any part or the entire Website without notice or liability to you.  If you are an individual then, by submitting the Registration Data, you acknowledge to us that you are 18 years or over in age.

4.5.1 We do not verify the identities of any Tech Businesses or Specialists and we are not responsible to you should any Tech Business or Specialist give inaccurate information to you.
 
4.5.2 You are responsible for your own personal safety when communicating or meeting with a Tech Business and/or Specialist and we hope that you wouldtake all precautions you would normally take when communicating or meeting with anyone for the first time.  You take all responsibility for contact between Tech Businesses and Specialists, acknowledge to us that such contact is at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any such contact.
